Who we are

TheFlyEditor is a UK-based digital creative agency. Enquiries and orders through this site are made with TheFlyEditor directly. Contact us at hello@theflyeditor.co.uk.

Using this website

Content on this site (text, images, portfolio work, branding) belongs to TheFlyEditor or is used with permission, and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without our written consent. We aim to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

Agency services

Enquiries submitted through this site are the start of a conversation, not a contract. Scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for creative, video, design, or content work are agreed separately with each client before any project begins. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as leads, hires, or sales) from creative or marketing work.

Digital products (store purchases)

Products sold in our store are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered immediately after payment via an emailed link and a link on the confirmation page. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, purchases made online normally carry a 14-day right to cancel. For digital content, that right ends as soon as download begins, provided you have given us your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. Ticking the consent box before completing your purchase gives that consent. In practice, this means: once you have clicked your download link, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

If you have not yet downloaded your file and have a genuine reason for cancelling (for example, an accidental duplicate purchase), contact us as soon as possible. If your download link doesn’t work, the file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will fix it or reissue your download at no extra cost.

Each digital product purchase is licensed for use by one business only. Files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or uploaded to any marketplace or template library.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products and services, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
