What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company, and the details of your enquiry.
• Store purchases: your email address, which product you bought, and download activity, so we can deliver your file and support you if something goes wrong. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Analytics cookies: if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver purchased products, provide support, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we only use it for the purposes described here.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run this site and store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google Analytics (site analytics, only if you consent). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose we use it for.

How long we keep it

Order and enquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for support, accounting, and legal record-keeping purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Contact hello@theflyeditor.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
